Aerial conveyors for bleeding, slaughtering, and ovine viscera
Machinery designed for the automatic aerial transportation of animals.
The conveyor’s rail system is formed by CF 65×4 profile curved in the 180-degree turn area with the support of 1 traction crown of 180º with pneumatic tensioner and 1 180º turning radius redirects in the traction section. It includes a Pusher and Retainer every 1,000 mm. The conveyor chain is of RTL-80 steel with a zinc finish, with a pitch of 200 mm for a total length of approximately 20 meters. It is assembled to the structure with stainless steel screws. The traction is achieved through direct transmission with a planetary gearmotor.
All auxiliary transmission elements (crowns, bushings, etc.) are made of F-114. Like the conveyor’s frame, all elements made of carbon steel will undergo further hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment.
INCLUDES the carbon steel S275 JR structure with structural profiles of various sizes to form the conveyor’s supporting structure. Structure protection with hot-dip galvanizing. Assembly of the structure with screws and welding. Stainless steel screws.
