Our mobile slaughter units for pork and sheep are designed to be integrated either into HC maritime containers or adapted truck boxes.
After thorough technical study and development, we can offer different functional solutions for each need:
SELF-SUFFICIENT MOBILE UNITS
These are mobile units integrated onto a trailer chassis, which has all the necessary approvals for free circulation.
The workspace is fully equipped and adapted into different areas:
Dirty area (Stunning and bleeding)
Clean area (Processing and evisceration) Sanitary area
Conservation area (Refrigeration chamber)
Control room and machinery.
The advantage of these units is that they can operate autonomously anywhere, as they are equipped with everything from a generator, water storage tanks, independent refrigeration equipment, to an interior mini cleaning unit, and of course, all the corresponding hygiene and slaughter machinery.
MOBILE UNITS
These are mobile units primarily integrated into adapted 40’HC maritime containers.
They are prepared for loading, transport, and placement at the desired locations by the customer.
According to the final design, these units have different work areas:
Dirty area (Stunning and bleeding)
Clean area (Processing and evisceration) Sanitary area
Conservation area (Refrigeration chamber) Optional.
These areas or sections can be in a single open space or independent spaces.
This option comes fully equipped with the corresponding slaughter and hygiene machinery, compressed air unit, control panel, and all quick connections for supplies such as water, electricity, etc. As well as all the collection and waste disposal outlets for evacuation at designated points at the destination.
