Blood Treatment
Machine designed for the transformation of cooked blood into flour form. This process is carried out through direct steam. The blood enters with a moisture content around 82% and is reduced to between 30 or 40%.
Available capacities: 1000, 2000, and 3000 liters.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
– Construction in AISI-304 stainless steel.
– It consists of a stirring shaft with lower blades to prevent blood coagulation and facilitate the extraction of treated blood.
– It is driven by a gear motor.
– Circular type lateral blood outlet door, with opening and closing by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
– Steam inlet through a 1″ bellows valve.
