Cutting surface in natural polyethylene sheet thickness.
Main structure in square profile.
Plates with variable thickness of 2 mm. A-2 Stainless steel screws.
Two lower supports for tray placement.
Includes holding hinges to lift the polyethylene sheets for better access when cleaning the workstations.
Not included: knife holder, sharpener, or sterilizer.
