Pig offal conveyor
Automatic transport equipment made of hot-dip galvanized steel, designed for the automatic transport and inspection of offal.
It operates using high-performance gearmotors, with dimensions tailored to the length and load of the conveyor. Pneumatic tensioners are employed.
Trays and hooks for transporting white and red offal are made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a shot-blasted finish. Different designs are available based on the installation and species.
The system includes disinfection booths for trays and hooks, as well as a pneumatic system for the return of trays and hooks.
An electrical control panel housed in a stainless steel box is provided for operation and control, featuring a variable-speed drive for synchronization with the slaughterhouse conveyor.
