Pneumatic Platform for Beef Viscera
Machine designed to facilitate the extraction operations of beef white viscera performed by operators, as these operations require different height levels.
The machine has a collection bib for viscera so that once the operation is performed at the lower level, the operator deposits them into the bib and activates it, causing it to rise. By gravity, the viscera are deposited into a hopper. The platform is equipped with appropriate safety measures, such as railings, stairs to access it, etc. It is prepared to accommodate any auxiliary machinery, such as work tools, hand washbasins, sterilizers, or showers.
All operations are carried out using pneumatic valves, avoiding the need for electrical components, thus facilitating maintenance tasks.
