Porcine Electric Stunning System

The electronic stunning system for stunning animals through electronarcosis has been designed to:

– Permanently eliminate micro-hemorrhages and organ damage.
– Facilitate work and save on labor costs.
– Achieve a calm slaughtering cycle, with relaxed animals easily hooked.
– Avoid rigid animals.
– Ensure a perfect neck cut, much more comfortable.
– Achieve better bleeding.
– Achieve lower pH values and therefore higher quality.

Additionally, it allows recording details of the fundamental electrical parameters for each stunned animal, in perfect harmony with Regulation (EC) No 1099/2009.

TECHNICAL DATA:

– Hermetic IP55 metal painted control panel, dimensions 40 x 60 x 20 cm.
– Electronic system with microprocessor that memorizes the fundamental stunning parameters.
– Portable memory with the capacity to store thousands of data.
– Connection to the computer without the need for cables for data visualization and printing.
– Screen for viewing stunning current.
– Configuration via a button for the animal species to be stunned.
– Memory of the change of batch via button.
– Date and time configuration.
– Acoustic and luminous indicator with double function: Indication of reaching the minimum current level; Alarm for failure to reach the minimum current threshold.
– Electrical panel with isolation transformer and safety to CEI 14-6 standard, insulation class secondary mass greater than 3KW;
– Protection against overload and short circuit in the clamp and in the transformer power supply;
– Equipped with voltage output adjustment displayed on the screen (VOLTS);
– Equipped with an electronic device that measures the impedance of the animal and prevents it from operating if the programmed current is not reached.
– 16A socket with 2 poles hermetic IP65 to IEC standard for clamp connection;
– Suitable for use with clamp art. TL002 and clamps art. PZ004, PZ004L, PZ004C.
