Cattle slaughter
Lines ranging from 5 to 80 cattle per hour. We prioritize meat quality while ensuring ergonomics and worker safety during the slaughter process, offering highly competitive equipment adapted to European animal welfare regulations. We customize slaughter lines with machinery for MER treatment and by-product utilization. TECNOINCAR provides its clients with specific equipment for HALAL ritual slaughter. HAM & SAUSAGE FACTORIES
TECNOINCAR offers its customers all types of racks, whether overhead or floor-mounted, with different capacities according to their demand.
Racks for hams and shoulders: Constructed in stainless steel, fully welded to prevent mite accumulation. They are manufactured according to each customer’s needs with different hanging systems and levels. They can be made whole, split, or detachable.
Racks for sausages: We manufacture compatible models for chorizos, loins, longanizas, and salchichones. Constructed in stainless steel. Their design is developed for maximum utilization, regardless of the product to be hung.
