Cleaning Platform Above Counting Machine

At Mission Food, the area above the tortilla counting machine needed a stable and comfortable solution for cleaning tasks, without interrupting production flow or putting workers at risk.
The Need
The machine operated on a high-performance line. Accessing the upper area for cleaning was uncomfortable and required awkward movements. This resulted in:
- Risk to the operator.
- Extra time in daily maintenance.
- Potential unwanted production stops.

The Solution: Custom Elevated Platform
We designed and manufactured an elevated platform installed directly above the counting machine, allowing safe and ergonomic access to the upper area for daily cleaning.
