Before starting with a new cutting room or renovating the old one, you probably wonder what needs the machinery of your future room should cover, or if the most modern machinery will really be worth the investment.
Both questions are very common, so we wanted to give you a brief recommendation while indicating the benefits that this machinery will bring to your daily life. However, if you allow us, it’s a question we want to answer right now:
You will gain in health, comfort, and convenience, in time, and therefore in money.
The most useful machines for a pork or beef cutting room
Here are some of the “basic” equipment to consider when equipping a cutting room:
1. Pork and beef cutting conveyor belts
2. Primary pork-beef cutting stations
3. Aerial conveyors
4. Pork channel descender in “v”
5. Beef quartering / cutting backrest
PORK AND BEEF CUTTING CONVEYOR BELTS
The most fundamental, conveyor belts are a very important improvement when it comes to working. So much so that we probably all know about them already. Durability, resistance, materials of manufacture, and ultimately, design, are key factors when choosing a conveyor belt that won’t cause problems in the future and will guarantee you get the most out of your investment. PRIMARY PORK-BEEF CUTTING STATIONS
Linked to the previous point and complemented by a conveyor belt, one of the most important elements we will depend on in our cutting room is the cutting stations. These stations should be adjustable in height and seat. They should be constructed from materials designed for cutting on their surface and durability in their frames and seats, as well as ergonomics. They may include sterilized knife and accessory holders and box supports, as well as product discharge hoppers. Additionally, they should be manufactured in customized dimensions depending on the room where they will be installed. AIR CONVEYORS
These conveyors operate automatically, making work much more efficient and faster. They can be complemented by descenders to the table, which we will discuss below. The main thing to consider when evaluating these structures is the quality of their components: construction material, chain, wheels, pusher/retainer assemblies, transmission, and drive wheel. V-DROP DESCENDER FOR PIG CARCASSES
These machines are specially designed to lower carcasses from the height of the overhead conveyor to the primary cutting table.
Our V-drop descenders consist of a continuous conveyor in a V-shape so that the carriage descends slowly to its central point, where it stops automatically for unloading. Once the unloading operation is complete, the machine resumes operation automatically.
The dosing of the carriages is done by a pneumatic introducer synchronized with the conveyor and the speed of the room.

SIDE SUPPORT FOR BEEF QUARTERING / CUTTING
If your cutting room is for beef, this component cannot be missing. These support racks greatly facilitate work throughout the day. Our side supports for primary cutting and quartering of beef are equipped with a frame made of AISI-304 stainless steel and a natural polyethylene plate. You can learn more about this machinery here.
