Beef Quartering/Dissection Rack
Scaffolding support for primary beef dissection and quartering, with AISI-304 stainless steel frame and 20 mm thick natural polyethylene sheet.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The scaffolding consists of the following elements:
– AISI-304 stainless steel frame in 40x40x4 mm tube, with reinforcements in 40x40x1.5 mm tube.
– D500 Polyethylene Sheet, 20 mm thick, with dimensions of 2000×1000 mm.
– Height-adjustable legs and anchoring to upper structure.
