Descender/Elevador for Primary Beef Dissection
The vertical pneumatic elevator is used to raise/lower the height of the track to facilitate primary beef quartering tasks, allowing work at the desired level in an ergonomic manner.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The elevator consists of the following elements:
– Double pneumatic cylinder located vertically on the elevator, responsible for its movement.
– Safety system to prevent carts from exiting when the elevator is not in its lower position, which can be pneumatic or mechanical.
– Electrical control panel for operating the pneumatic piston, including a system whereby if the cart is not centered on the moving part of the elevator, it will not move.
– Made of S-275-JR steel with galvanized finish, except for the guides on the moving part, which are made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
