Rotating body welded, hot-dip galvanized, with:
4 support rollers for the drum itself.
1 hydraulic motor for drum movement, with safety stop, hinged panel, and animal ejection plate.
ROTATION SYSTEM:
4 sets of double polyurethane rollers, floor anchoring platform, with pivotable attachment, carrying guides, and adapted hydraulic activator.
1 Drum consisting of 2 structural rings and recessed work platform with adjustable side panel in 2 positions.
INCLUDES:
Rear trapdoor for animal push and restraint.
Inclined floor for guiding the slaughtered animal.
Roof with movable part for conventional slaughter.
Hinged side ejection panel, with opening system via hydraulic piston and automatic closing.
Work platform with safety railing and necessary mechanical and hydraulic equipment for operation.
Front opening with sliding locking system for neck and stainless steel bar for head locking at the front.
Stainless steel platform for interior unloading after slaughter.
