Pork scalding oven

 

Fully automatic scalding oven, used to remove any remaining hair after the scalding and scraping process. It consists of four columns with burners, which point towards the center of the machine, so that when the animal passes through, these burners are activated, causing a flame that covers the entire animal.

General parameters:

  • maximum production 450 pigs/hour (normal production 320 pigs/hour), fuel propane/natural gas (average consumption 100 gr. /pig of LPG, 1.2 m3/h of natural gas), 56 fire mouths, operation 2.5-6 sec. (gradual), ignition: constant pilot, maximum power 979,860 Kcal/h, smoke outlet diameter: 600 mm.
  • The construction is in galvanized steel, except for the exterior plates which are made of AISI – 304 stainless steel.
  • Includes: A hood for collecting fumes and burnt gases for exhaust to the exterior with a double layer plated in galvanized steel and an intermediate layer of asbestos plate. An electrical control panel for combustion control, timing, and electrical protection of elements. Extension tube of the chimney to the exterior of the location building, electrical connections, external panel, and gas connection to the scalding oven shut-off valve.
  • Approved by the Directorate General of Metallurgical and Naval Industry, with No. AIG/314/85, according to O.M.I of 07/03/74, D. 1651/74.
  • Total installed power: 1,150,000 kcal/h.
  • The LPG tank valves must be provided for this flow rate, it is advisable to have at least 2 tanks of 4 m3 capacity or one of 11 m3.
  • Gas supply to the machine: 2″ diameter for Propane gas.
  • Gas inlet pressure to the machine 1.7 to 2 bars (installation of a pressure gauge is recommended).
  • Not included: Smoke collection tube to the exterior, refrigerated conveyor rail, electrical and gas connections, etc.
