Chico Meat Processing Room
Design, manufacturing, and installation of a new cutting room for 60 white pigs per hour. It consists of dual-rail overhead track systems in chambers, aerial conveyor, and descenders in the cutting area, dynamic conveyors, and independent workstations with lower grading. In the final area, it includes an automatic classifier for hams and shoulders and a conveyor for the exit of filled boxes, among others…
