In 2024, Tecnoincar Toledo installed a custom-built cutting room for one of our clients in the meat industry — a facility designed to perform at its best from day one. Today, barely a year later, that same client has decided to keep growing, and once again placed their trust in us to make it happen.
Phase Two: Leveling Up

In this second phase of the project, we expanded and modernized the equipment, adapting to a higher production volume and new operational needs.

Additional conveyor belts, to streamline workflow and reduce downtime.

Extended overhead conveyor, speeding up carcass movement without overloading the team.

Carcass unhooking system, improving ergonomics and safety during handling.

Curved conveyor belt for full boxes, ideal for tight spaces and closed internal logistics loops.

Box tipper, automating the emptying or repositioning process without physical strain.
