Pork Carcass V-Downward Descender Pork carcass V-downward descender machine is designed to lower carcasses from the height of the overhead transport to the primary cutting table. It consists of a continuous conveyor in a V-shape, allowing the cart to descend slowly to its central point, where it automatically stops for unhooking. Once the unhooking operation is complete, the machine automatically resumes operation.
