The two-way switch is designed to be integrated into the double-track roadway network and achieve the necessary route in each installation, with a variable radius according to installation needs, allowing both right and left turns simultaneously while continuing straight. - The aerial track profile consists of S-275-JR galvanized steel tube.
- The diameter of the tube used will be 60.3 mm (2″).
- The moments of inertia of the track are equal to 33.5 cm^4.
- The track section is designed to allow the transport carts to roll on it while facilitating the assembly of the necessary elements for its attachment.
The attachment of the track to the maintenance beam can be done either by using S-275-JR steel profile saddles of UPN-60×30 along with an angle for attachment to the beam, depending on the installation. - The fastening elements of the saddles to the maintenance beam are made of galvanized S-275-JR steel.
- Galvanized fasteners are optional.
