Complete cutting room with a capacity of 250 Iberian pigs per hour, equipped with: backbone and loin line, descenders to table, dynamic cutting belts for bones, hams, shoulders, fats, empty boxes, independent cutting stations with grading, aerial conveyors, ham lifts, etc.
